Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Use

The platform may be used for lawful business activities only.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for:

  • Fraud or scams
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • All forms of Gambling, Betting, and iGaming (strictly prohibited)
  • Skins gambling, Case opening, or Virtual Item betting (e.g. CS2, Robux betting)
  • Indirect association or related streaming/promotional platforms for prohibited services
  • Forex and unregulated trading platforms
  • Activities causing financial or physical harm to individuals
  • Sale of illegal goods or services
  • Unauthorized financial services

3. Permitted Merchant Activities

PayCow supports a wide array of merchant activities, including SaaS, digital goods, and freelance services, provided they comply with local regulations and our terms.

4. Responsibility

Merchants are fully responsible for ensuring their business complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Enforcement & Asset Confiscation

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account. In cases where a business is found to be operating a prohibited service (e.g., unauthorized gambling, fraudulent activities, or scams):

  • Fund Seizure: All remaining balances in the operator's PayCow wallet will be immediately confiscated.
  • Victim Restitution: If customers (e.g., minors or fraud victims) provide verified proof of loss, funds will be directly refunded to their origin.
  • Unclaimed Funds: Any remaining funds will be held for a period of one (1) year.
  • Charitable Donation: If funds remain unclaimed after one year, they will be donated to official charitable organizations, such as child health foundations or environmental reforestation projects.
