How the features work together
Digital Delivery, Storefront, and Marketplace use one shared product catalog. You create and manage products once from the Merchant Dashboard, then control where customers can discover them.
Stores the file or license-key inventory securely and releases the purchased item only after payment confirmation.
Each product receives a shareable checkout URL in the format /product/dp_....
Your branded public catalog is available at /store/your-brand when the storefront is published.
Eligible listed products can appear in searchable categories alongside products from other merchants.
Eligibility and preparation
Digital Delivery and Storefront access require an active Pro, Scale, or Enterprise subscription and an active merchant account.
- Add and verify at least one compatible destination wallet in the dashboard.
- Confirm that the product is lawful, genuinely owned or licensed by you, and allowed under the Marketplace Policy.
- Prepare an accurate title, description, category, price, delivery material, and customer-support details.
- Review any third-party platform, publisher, or license-transfer restrictions before listing.
Create and publish a product
Open Merchant Dashboard → Digital Delivery, select New digital product, and complete the product form.
Required catalog information
- Title: A clear product name, up to 150 characters.
- Description: What the buyer receives, important requirements, and restrictions; up to 2,000 characters.
- Marketplace category: Select an existing suggestion or enter a valid new category name.
- Price: A USDT price of at least 0.01.
- Payment network: TRC-20, ERC-20, or either network. A specifically selected wallet must match a single selected network.
- Product type: Choose a downloadable file or a license key/access code.
Visibility controls
- Active: The checkout can accept new orders.
- Listed: The product may appear in your published storefront and Marketplace.
- Catalog order: Lower values place products earlier in your storefront catalog.
After creation, copy the product's shareable URL or use the action controls to edit, pause, show, hide, or archive it.
Configure digital delivery
Downloadable files
Upload the product file from the Digital Delivery form. Files are stored outside the public web root and are accessed through a protected delivery token after a confirmed purchase.
- Maximum product file size: 50 MB.
- Allowed download count per purchase: 1–100.
- Download-token validity: 1–720 hours.
- Optional custom cover images support JPEG, PNG, and WebP up to 5 MB.
License keys and access codes
Choose the delivery behavior that matches your inventory:
The same key or access instruction is delivered for every successful purchase. Use this only when reuse is intended.
Provide a unique key on each line. One available key is allocated to each confirmed purchase.
A key pool supports up to 10,000 unique keys, with each key limited to 512 characters. Configure the low-stock threshold so the dashboard can warn you before inventory runs out.
Publish your storefront
Open Merchant Dashboard → Storefront. Your storefront provides a public merchant profile and a catalog synchronized with the products managed under Digital Delivery.
- Choose a store URL. Use 1–40 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens. The slug must be unique and cannot start or end with a hyphen.
- Write the profile. Add a headline of up to 100 characters, a description of up to 1,000 characters, and an optional support email.
- Review the catalog. Only active, listed products are shown publicly. Key-pool products without available stock are marked out of stock.
- Publish. Enable “Publish storefront” and save. Your URL becomes
https://paycow.net/store/your-brand.
Unpublishing the storefront removes the public store and its products from Marketplace discovery without deleting your product records or delivery inventory.
Marketplace discovery
The Marketplace helps buyers discover eligible products across published merchant storefronts. Products can be searched by title or description, filtered by category, and sorted by newest, popularity, or lowest price.
Requirements for Marketplace visibility
- The merchant account and qualifying subscription must remain active.
- The storefront must be published.
- The product must be active and listed.
- A pooled-key product must have available inventory to be purchasable.
- The listing must comply with the Marketplace Policy and all applicable PayCow policies.
Hiding a product removes it from storefront and Marketplace catalog results while preserving it in the dashboard. Pausing or archiving it also prevents new checkout orders.
Buyer journey and fulfillment
- Discovery: The buyer opens a direct product URL, your storefront, or a Marketplace listing.
- Checkout: The buyer selects an available network and creates a payment session for the displayed USDT amount.
- Direct settlement: The buyer transfers USDT to the merchant-configured destination wallet.
- Confirmation: PayCow monitors the supported blockchain and marks the payment complete after the required confirmation process.
- Delivery: The payment page reveals the protected download or allocated license key. File limits and token expiration apply as configured.
The merchant remains responsible for the product, listing accuracy, buyer communication, refunds or remedies required by law, and support after delivery.
Inventory and operational practices
| Area | Recommended practice |
|---|---|
| Key inventory | Use unique keys, set a meaningful low-stock threshold, and replenish before the available count reaches zero. |
| File delivery | Test the uploaded file, use sensible expiration and download limits, and replace outdated versions promptly. |
| Descriptions | State compatibility, region, duration, activation steps, transfer restrictions, and what support is included. |
| Wallet routing | Verify that the chosen wallet belongs to you and matches the product's selected blockchain network. |
| Customer support | Keep the storefront support email current and answer delivery or activation issues promptly. |
| Compliance records | Retain invoices, sourcing records, ownership evidence, licenses, and authorization to sell. |
Troubleshooting
The product does not appear in the Marketplace
Confirm that the subscription is active, the storefront is published, and the product is both active and listed. For pooled keys, also confirm that unused inventory is available.
The storefront cannot be published
Check that the store slug is valid and not already used or reserved. Verify the profile-length limits and enter a correctly formatted support email.
A specific wallet cannot be selected
The wallet must belong to the merchant account and match the selected network. Select either TRC-20 or ERC-20 when routing a product to a specific wallet.
A buyer cannot access a file
Verify that payment is confirmed and that the delivery token has not expired or exceeded its configured download limit. If necessary, review the order with the buyer through Dashboard Live Support.
