1. Scope
This Marketplace Policy applies to every product, account, license, service, and other item listed, promoted, or sold through PayCow Marketplace. It supplements the PayCow Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable PayCow terms.
Sellers may list only items they lawfully own or are expressly authorized to sell. Every listing must be accurate, must clearly describe what the buyer will receive, and must not conceal material restrictions, defects, expiration dates, region locks, or transfer limitations.
2. Permitted Accounts & Digital Access
The following products may be listed when the seller lawfully owns them, has the right to transfer or provide them, and did not obtain them through theft, fraud, credential stuffing, unauthorized access, data leaks, or another unlawful method:
- Streaming and Shared-Viewing Accounts: Accounts or access for lawful movie, television, or other streaming services, including shared-viewing access, where the seller is authorized to provide or transfer that access.
- Game Accounts: Lawfully owned game accounts and in-game access, provided the listing accurately discloses the game, platform, region, included content, and any transfer restrictions.
- Gaming Platform Accounts: Lawfully owned accounts for gaming platforms, launchers, or related services, subject to the platform's applicable rules.
- Other Platform Accounts: Lawfully owned accounts for online platforms and services, including eligible social-media accounts, where sale or transfer is lawful and the account is not stolen, compromised, impersonating another person, or created or used for fraud or manipulation.
PayCow does not impose an arbitrary numerical limit on how many lawfully obtained accounts one person may own or list. This does not permit spam, impersonation, fake engagement, coordinated manipulation, fraud, circumvention of platform controls, or any violation of applicable law.
3. Permitted License Keys & Software
The following digital products may be sold when they are authentic, lawfully obtained, unused or transferable as represented, and the seller has the legal right to resell them:
- Product activation keys and legitimate software licenses;
- Operating-system license keys;
- Application, utility, and other program license keys;
- Subscription, platform, or social-media software license keys and access codes; and
- Other legitimate digital codes, entitlements, and downloadable products.
Keys or licenses obtained from a leak, theft, payment fraud, account takeover, unauthorized key generator, cracked software distribution, or any other unlawful or unauthorized source are strictly prohibited. Sellers must disclose important activation, device, duration, geographic, version, subscription, and transfer limitations.
4. Physical Products
PayCow Marketplace is primarily designed for digital products and may not provide shipping, tracking, inventory, returns, or other features normally expected from a physical-goods marketplace. However, a seller may use the Marketplace to sell lawful physical goods when the seller can independently arrange delivery and comply with this Policy.
A seller may sell personal property that the seller lawfully owns and is legally permitted to transfer. The seller is solely responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful sourcing, shipping, customs, taxes, delivery evidence, consumer rights, returns, warranties, and all other obligations associated with the sale.
5. Prohibited Products & Listings
The following may not be listed, promoted, or sold through PayCow Marketplace:
- Stolen Property: Any stolen, embezzled, fraudulently obtained, or unlawfully possessed product, account, vehicle, jewelry, personal item, digital asset, or other property.
- Stolen or Unauthorized Accounts: Accounts obtained through hacking, phishing, credential stuffing, malware, social engineering, database leaks, unauthorized access, or purchase from an unlawful source.
- Illicit Keys and Software: Stolen, leaked, duplicated, counterfeit, fraudulently purchased, cracked, or unlawfully generated product keys, licenses, activation codes, software, or subscriptions.
- Terrorism Financing: Products, services, fundraising, or transactions that support, facilitate, promote, or finance terrorism or sanctioned organizations.
- Weapons and Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, firearm components intended to evade regulation, homemade explosives, explosive devices, bombs, or instructions whose primary purpose is to construct or deploy such devices.
- Illegal Drugs: Narcotics, illegal drugs, unlawfully sold controlled substances, and products primarily intended to manufacture or distribute them.
- Stolen Vehicles and High-Value Goods: Stolen vehicles, vehicle parts, gold, precious metals, jewelry, gemstones, watches, electronics, collectibles, or any other high-value stolen property.
- Fraudulent or Harmful Listings: Counterfeit goods, impersonation accounts, malware, ransomware, phishing tools, deceptive products, or items intended to facilitate fraud, theft, unauthorized access, or other criminal conduct.
- Unlawful Products: Any product or service whose sale, possession, delivery, import, export, or use is prohibited by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Rules & No Endorsement
PayCow's decision to permit a product category does not mean that the product's developer, publisher, rights holder, platform operator, streaming provider, social-media service, or other third party permits its sale, resale, sharing, or transfer. PayCow does not grant rights in any third-party product and does not certify compliance with third-party terms.
Before creating a listing, sellers must independently review and comply with the applicable company's terms of service, license agreement, resale policy, transfer rules, intellectual-property rights, and regional restrictions. Where a platform or rights holder prohibits a transfer, the seller must not use PayCow Marketplace to evade that restriction. The seller bears all responsibility for authorization and compliance.
7. Seller Records & Buyer Disclosures
Sellers must retain reasonable evidence of ownership, lawful sourcing, authenticity, authorization to sell, and delivery. PayCow may request invoices, receipts, license documentation, account-ownership evidence, supplier information, transfer authorization, or other supporting records when investigating a listing or complaint.
Sellers must not misrepresent themselves as affiliated with or endorsed by a platform, publisher, manufacturer, or rights holder. Listings must disclose known risks that may materially affect the buyer, including transfer restrictions, possible loss of platform support, absence of a manufacturer warranty, or the possibility that a third-party platform may suspend access under its own rules.
8. Review, Removal & Enforcement
PayCow may review listings, request proof, remove or restrict a product, suspend sales, withhold Marketplace functionality, or terminate a seller's Marketplace access when PayCow reasonably believes that a listing violates this Policy, another PayCow policy, third-party rights, or applicable law. Approval of one listing does not guarantee approval of another listing or continued eligibility.
PayCow may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, and rights holders. Because PayCow's payment infrastructure is non-custodial, enforcement against a seller account does not mean that PayCow holds or can recover funds already transferred directly to an external wallet.
9. Reporting Violations
Suspected stolen goods, compromised accounts, unlawful license keys, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, or other prohibited listings may be reported to [email protected]. Copyright and trademark complaints may also be submitted under the DMCA & Copyright Policy. Reports should include the listing URL, supporting evidence, and contact information sufficient for follow-up.
10. Policy Changes
PayCow may update this Policy to reflect changes in Marketplace features, legal requirements, security risks, and enforcement standards. Continued use of PayCow Marketplace after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
