1. Overview & Program Scope

The PayCow Affiliate Program enables partners to earn recurring revenue by referring merchants to PayCow's enterprise payment gateway. Partners receive a lifetime percentage of transaction volume generated by their onboarded merchants.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliate commissions are calculated deterministically on every completed on-chain ERC20 transaction processed through referred merchant payment endpoints:

  • Referred merchants pay the standard flat 2% platform transaction fee.
  • PayCow allocates 1% of the total transaction volume directly to the referring Affiliate Partner.
  • PayCow retains 1% net platform commission, while the merchant receives 98% net payout.
  • If a merchant was not onboarded via an affiliate link, PayCow retains the standard 2% gross fee.

3. Settlements & Withdrawal Terms

Affiliate earnings are tracked automatically in micro-units within the PayCow ledger and can be monitored via the dedicated Affiliate Portal:

  • Commissions are settled upon transaction confirmation on the Ethereum blockchain.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed in Tether (USDT) directly to the partner's designated payout address.
  • All affiliate payouts are executed via PayCow's secure gas-funded automated treasury system.

4. Permitted Marketing & Conduct

Affiliate partners must adhere to strict ethical marketing standards. Permitted promotion channels include organic content, technical tutorials, direct sales outreach, and approved digital media.

5. Prohibited Practices & Abuse Prevention

PayCow strictly prohibits fraudulent or deceptive practices. The following violations will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of accrued balances:

  • Self-referral (creating referral accounts to discount one's own merchant transactions).
  • Spamming via unsolicited email, social messaging, or automated bots.
  • Misrepresenting PayCow fees, compliance status, or custodial architecture.
  • Engaging in illegal activities or referring merchants operating in prohibited high-risk categories without approval.

6. Program Modification & Termination

PayCow reserves the right to modify commission rates, update eligibility rules, or suspend affiliate access for policy breaches. Partners may terminate their participation at any time by contacting support.
