PayCow provides non-custodial blockchain transaction monitoring and invoice generation as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility. PayCow does not charge per-transaction percentage fees or hold merchant revenues in custody. All customer payments route directly to merchant-configured destination wallets on TRON (TRC-20 USDT) or Ethereum (ERC-20 USDT).
2. Transparent Monthly Subscription Plans
Access to PayCow APIs, developer toolkits, and dashboard telemetry is structured through three predictable monthly subscription tiers:
- Starter Tier: 10 USDT / month — includes up to 1,000 USDT in monthly processed gateway volume, multi-wallet routing, and high-frequency on-chain verification with 0% transaction fees.
- Pro Tier: 99 USDT / month — includes up to 50,000 USDT in monthly processed gateway volume, multi-wallet routing (up to 5 wallets), and high-frequency on-chain verification.
- Scale Tier: 299 USDT / month — includes up to 250,000 USDT in monthly processed gateway volume, priority API throughput, and multi-wallet routing (up to 10 wallets).
- Enterprise Tier: Custom pricing — includes $250k+ monthly volume capacity, unlimited destination wallet serials, dedicated technical account manager, and custom SLA.
3. 0% Per-Transaction Commission Guarantee
PayCow guarantees 0% transaction commission. Unlike traditional payment gateways charging 2% to 6% on gross turnover, 100% of customer funds transfer directly to the merchant's external address on-chain. PayCow never deducts cuts, withholding fees, or settlement interchange fees.
4. Billing Cycles & Monthly Volume Cap Resets
Subscription periods run for 30 calendar days from the activation timestamp. At the start of each new billing cycle, the merchant's monthly processed volume meter resets automatically to $0.00. Unused monthly volume allocations do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.
5. Multi-Wallet Destination Routing at Zero Extra Cost
Merchants may register multiple verified destination wallets (e.g., Cold Wallets, Binance, Bybit, OKX) with locked serial identifiers (WAL-1001, WAL-1002). PayCow charges no additional setup or routing fees per wallet destination added within the merchant's tier quota.
6. Volume Limits & Tier Upgrade Dynamics
If a merchant's processed transaction volume reaches the active monthly limit before the end of the billing cycle, checkout session generation will pause until the merchant upgrades to a higher volume tier or the next billing cycle begins. Upgrades take effect immediately upon on-chain confirmation.
7. Subscription Payment Method & Invoicing
Subscription renewals and upgrades are settled exclusively on-chain in Tether (USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20). Subscription invoices are generated directly inside the Operator Portal and verified via automated smart contract polling.
8. Cancellation & Policy Amendments
Merchants may discontinue their subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. Because access is provisioned immediately upon on-chain subscription payment, subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
